General Questions
The Park takes place October 5–6 at Bryant Park, located behind the New York Public Library in Midtown Manhattan, between 40th and 42nd Streets and Fifth and Sixth Avenues. Take the B, D, F, or M train to 42nd Street/Bryant Park. Take the 7 train to Fifth Avenue.

The Talks sessions will take place October 5–6 in TheTimesCenter, located at 242 West 41st Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues. Take the N, Q, R, 1, 2, 3, A, C, E or 7 to Times Square.

The Nights are made up of dinners at ten different restaurants throughout New York City. Restaurant locations and dates will be announced in September.
The Park will be open on Saturday, October 5, from noon to 6 p.m., and Sunday, October 6, from noon to 5 p.m.

The Talks will take place on Saturday, October 5, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, October 6, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
“The Park” refers to the ticketed area of Bryant Park where the majority of the restaurants will be located, along with the NYT Cooking Stage and bars, on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6.
A portion of Bryant Park will be nonticketed and open to the public, with additional food and drink available for purchase.
“The Talks” refers to the sessions that take place throughout the day on Saturday, October 5, and Sunday, October 6, in TheTimesCenter. Tickets are sold separately for The Talks.
Families are welcome, and children 6 and under can access The Park for free with no ticket required.

Children can attend The Talks, but will need a ticket to enter TheTimesCenter.

You must be 16 years or older to attend a dinner during The Nights, and at least 21 to be served alcohol.
Beer, wine and cocktails will be served at various locations throughout The Park. Patrons must show valid photo I.D. for an alcohol wristband.

Both cash and all major credit cards will be accepted inside the ticketed area at The Park.
Re-entry into The Park and The Talks will be allowed for the same day as your purchased ticket.
In the ticketed area, small backpacks and purses are allowed, and may be subject to search. Empty water bottles are permitted. Restricted items include outside food and drink, glass bottles, pets, beach umbrellas, blankets, chairs, knives/weapons and coolers. Strollers are permitted, but not recommended. Service animals are allowed.
Ticketing Questions
Tickets go on sale July 8 for the Mastercard presale and on July 10 for the general public.
General admission for The Park gives you access to the ticketed area of Bryant Park, which includes the NYT Cooking Stage programming, as well as curated restaurants. Food and drink within the ticketed area will be available for additional purchase. A portion of Bryant Park will be nonticketed and open to the public with additional food and drink also available for purchase.

Tickets to The Talks include access to your ticketed session in the theater at TheTimesCenter. Talks ticket holders are welcome to come before or stay after their ticketed session to enjoy the on-site book store and other activities happening throughout TheTimesCenter. Each Talk requires a separate ticket.

Tickets to The Nights will include a unique experience and meal at the restaurant for which you have purchased tickets. More information to come when tickets for this part of the festival become available on September 12.

You should receive an email with a link to choose a new password, after which you can sign in using your email and new password. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets.
Accessibility Questions
Service animals will be allowed. All other pets will not be permitted in the ticketed areas.
Bryant Park is ADA accessible on the north and south sides of the park. ADA ramps to the lawn are located on the northeast and southeast corners of the lawn. This map shows where all of the ADA access ramps are within the park.

Access to all TimesCenter spaces is possible via a passenger elevator from the street level. Wheelchair-accessible seats in The Stage/The Screening Room are located in Row D and in The Hall as determined by the user’s event setup. All TimesCenter restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
For The Talks, TheTimesCenter’s Stage/Screening Room and Hall are equipped with induction loop (telecoil) technology for the benefit of hearing aid users, as well as conventional assistive listening systems for people with hearing impairments.
