Robin Arzón
Vice President of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor at Peloton, Founder of Swagger Society
Robin Arzón pivoted from a successful career in law to pursue her passion for health and wellness, becoming a leader in the fitness industry, a 27-time marathon and ultramarathon runner, the author of two books, and the founder of the Swagger Society media company.

Arzón believes that movement is medicine. She discovered her passion for running after a traumatic experience in a New York City bar. She found strength through putting on a pair of running shoes, which led to her penning her book, “Shut Up and Run.” Now, as the vice president of fitness programming and head instructor at Peloton, Arzón works to lead the future of fitness and technology, and inspire people to embrace movement as a source of power.

Arzón aims to live an uncommon life, and she sees mental strength as her foundation. She reaches audiences worldwide through her MasterClass, which teaches members to transform their inner critic into an inner advocate. Her keynote speeches, contributions to “Good Morning America” and Swagger Society media company reinforce her message of empowerment and relentless growth.

Arzón’s books, “Strong Mama” and “Strong Baby,” as well as her journal, “Welcome, Hustler,” highlight her belief in self-care and lifelong growth. A proud Latina, Arzón infuses her heritage into everything she does — from her bilingual Bebé Fuerte toy line to her work in fashion. In 2024, Arzón brought her presence to the track as a commentator for Athlos NYC, a pioneering women’s track event.

Arzón was named one of Fortune magazine’s 40 Under 40, received Glamour’s first Daring to Disrupt award, and was recently honored as one of TIME magazine’s Latino leaders.

With her story of resilience and reinvention, Arzón aims to inspire others to lean into their edges, shatter their own limits and live fully in their purpose. She resides in New York City with her husband Drew and their children, Athena Amelia and Atlas Sage.
