Times Square Alliance

The Times Center is available for public, private, nonprofit and corporate events. The venue is rented as one space, hourly and at a six-hour minimum. Package discounts are available for mutli-day/multi-week rentals. A nonprofit rate is available to qualifying organizations.

Rental rates include the cost of additional required services such as technical labor, front-of-house staff, security and custodial personnel. A formal quote prepared by The Times Center sales manager will include estimates for each of these labor departments as well as use of internal audio/visual inventories (lighting, video and audio). Any outsourced equipment rentals, box office/ticketing services, dock fees, etc., will be billed back to the renter. When booking your event at The Times Center, it is important to inform the booking and production staff of your event’s time line and technical needs in advance, in order for us to provide you with an accurate price quote.

To inquire about date availability and to receive a proposal for an event, contact The Times Center’s booking office directly at 212 556-4288 or via email at timescenter@nytimes.com.
