Frida Polli is an award-winning Harvard- and M.I.T.- trained neuroscientist turned C.E.O., and a thought leader on the future of neuroscience, AI and hiring. She is the C.E.O. and Founder of pymetrics, a company using neuroscience and AI to help global clients including Unilever and Accenture match candidates with their ideal jobs, while removing bias from the hiring process. Polli was a Predoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at M.I.T.
