Through her notable career as a public relations executive, Teele’s ability to instinctively identify and market popular trends to the masses garnered her opportunities to work with brands such as Calvin Klein Cosmetics, the Grammy Awards, Nike and a stellar roster of clients across the entertainment, tech and beauty industries.

Since the launch of curlBOX in 2011, L’Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Target, Walmart and SheaMoisture comprise a short list of brands that have trusted Teele’s vision of making the lives of black women easier by providing them with the high-quality selection of products they deserve.

A teacher at heart, her wildly popular, “MyTaughtYou” podcast has become her global classroom where women from all walks of life tune in for guidance and a healthy dose of motivation to live life on their own terms. In 2016 “MyTaughtYou” saw over two million downloads, and the listenership continues to grow.
