Dr. Mabel Abraham is an assistant professor of management at Columbia Business School, where she examines how organizational and social processes contribute to gender inequality in workplace outcomes. Abraham’s research has been published in a number of leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal and Administrative Science Quarterly, and has been covered by media outlets including Forbes and The Wall Street Journal. Prior to focusing on this research, Abraham spent five years working for Fidelity Investments in Boston and New York City. She currently resides in N.Y.C. with her husband and six-year-old daughter.
