Catherine Girard worked during 10 years in a consulting agency as project manager for the automotive sector in charge of the strategic stakes and was responsible for the short- and medium-term European market forecasts.

Then she joined Nissan Europe in 2007 under the newly created job of Economist, as an interface between Nissan headquarters and Renault in the scope of the Alliance strategic partnership between both automobile manufacturers.

In 2009, Ms Girard took over the role of Corporate Economist in Renault headquarters in the Corporate and Strategic Planning department.
She currently holds the position of Expert Leader in Energy and Raw Materials, in charge of medium- and long-term visions.
